Make Sure You Wear Comfortable Shoes

Since sandals can easily fall off while riding certain rides, they are discouraged at amusement parks. These shoes can also cause a great deal of pain, making them further discouraged by your chiropractor. Comfortable shoes that give your body adequate support are highly recommended.

Maintain Your Head Position on the Headrest

It is possible to suffer an injury while riding the rides. For example, during a sharp turn, the rider's head may be pulled back if they are leaning forward and getting jerked back suddenly. This can be prevented by always leaning the head back against the headrest. Do not strain yourself so much that pain sets in anyway.
