Increasing Your Energy Levels
Health and Wellness
That after hour lunch energy slump is a real downer. Especially when it comes to being productive. Usually by the time you get home from work, you can't imagine doing anything else but napping or sitting in front of the TV for a few hours. Chances are you need to increase your energy levels (without coffee or energy drinks!). So, here's some advice from me to increase your energy levels:
Move around!
Moving around more throughout the day actually gives you more energy. So get up and move around regularly. Run around. Do jumping jacks. Or go straight from work to the gym. Whatever type of activities you like, do them!
Eat Healthy Proteins
A cheeseburger is not a healthy protein. When you notice an energy slump coming on have a small protein-rich snack.
