Get Moving: You might think you want to loaf around, but exercise and stretching can help your body get rid of toxins faster.
Eat Healthy: A nutritious diet helps your body function optimally and reduce the number of toxins that build up. Include fresh fruits, vegetables, and lean protein in your diet to ensure your body runs smoothly.
