As a chiropractor, I am constantly being approached with questions about back and neck pain. The answers obviously relate to the spine, but your feet also come into play too. And a lot of people are neglecting their feet!
You walk, run, stand, etc. on your feet. Your sometimes wear shoes that are too small, too big, or have no arch support at all. Most of the time, you wear shoes that are brutal on your feet. If your feet are not being treated right, how can you expect your back and neck not to hurt? Give your feet some much needed love and appreciation. Here's what you need to know:

How To Treat Your Feet
Pain is typically a sign of a bigger problem. For example, plantar fasciitis (pain in your heel and arch) showcases itself through pain, but is caused by neglecting your feet. Here are a few tips so you can learn how to best treat your feet:
- Wear comfortable shoes
- Use arch supports
- Walk on soft surfaces whenever possible (i.e. avoid concrete!)
- Visit your chiropractor regularly
