- Opt for light backpacks or fanny packs with just the essentials so you don’t overload any already strained and/or tired muscles.
- Bring healthy snacks on trips and hikes to keep your energy levels and when stopping by a summer barbeque, load up on salads, fruits, vegetables, and lean protein.
- When traveling, leave plenty of time for breaks and remember to get up and stretch your legs.
